We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, images, measurements and descriptions accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect colour appearance. Handwoven and handcrafted products may show minor variations in weave, motif, colour or texture; these variations are part of their character.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may cancel or limit an order because of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure or shipping restrictions. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other costs are displayed at checkout where required.
