We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Arshloom. Please read the conditions below before requesting a return or exchange.
Return eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with its original packaging, tags and invoice.
To start a return, email arshloomvns@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp +91 96530 38100. Include your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the request. Items sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
- Customized, stitched or altered products
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery or are missing tags
- Final-sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards
Handwoven and handcrafted textiles may have small variations in weave, colour or texture. These are characteristics of handmade products and are not normally treated as defects.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. After we approve and receive the original item, we will confirm the available replacement options. Any price difference and applicable shipping charge must be paid before dispatch.
Return shipping
If the return is due to a verified defect, damage or fulfilment error by Arshloom, we will bear the reasonable return shipping cost. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for secure return shipping.
Refunds
We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
